Hi, I'm Cathy!
Cathy was born and raised on Oahu and currently resides on the Windward side of the island in beautiful Kane’ohe. She credits her parents, who both instilled in her the value of a good education, the benefits of hard work, and the importance of family.
Cathy earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. She began her career working with family court, then estate, retirement and financial planning. After being a stay-at-home mom with her youngest son, she chose the path of real estate.
Since 2006, Cathy has assisted her clients in building wealth through real estate, which she believes is the best way they can leverage their hard-earned money. While she gets so much satisfaction helping locals buy homes, she also enjoys working with newcomers relocating to the island, members of the Armed Forces, and investors looking to expand their portfolios. For her, trust and communication is key, and she always strives to earn her client’s trust and respect by exceeding their expectations to ensure a positive experience for them. In fact clients become friends by closing day.
Cathy is married to an Air Force Academy graduate, and is an empty nester with 2 boys in college. She believes 100% in the Hawai'i Life: enjoying hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and the beautiful beaches throughout the island.
Cathy donates proceeds from every property sale to the Hawai‘i Life Charitable Fund. She was ranked #49 in the State of Hawai’i for 2023 individual sales volume by RealTrends. While Cathy bought her first property at the age of 22, her philosophy is: "it's never too late to own real estate, especially in Hawai’i".
